Seaworks Kabel AS new cable ship Fjord Connector has arrived Fiskerstrand Yard in Norway. The Completion of the modifications will be finished in April and Sea trials and 10 year renewal of class is planned in May.
Fjord Connector is a Hybrid Ship, powered with a battery pack of 1MWh.
Cable turntable with capacity of 800 ton below deck, with heating option.
